FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used to measure mass and mass flow rate of liquid phase of gas-liquid mixture, including crude oil and its components (oil, gas and formation water). A distinctive feature of the chamber mass flow meter is that the side bottom of the housing is collapsible and represents an additional cover attached to the housing through a flange with sealing of the connection by means of a rubber gasket; on the outer end of the cover there are holes for fastening two handles. In addition, on the lower inner part of the housing there is a removable container in the form of a hollow segment of a cylinder with a restriction on the ends, in the lower part of the container there is a hole arranged opposite the lower opening of the housing, four longitudinal guides are welded to the lower part of the reservoir, and from above there are two handles; a metal hollow cylinder is inserted into the opening of the reservoir, to the upper base of which a limiting ring is welded, under which a sealing rubber ring is installed.
EFFECT: creation of a gas-liquid mixture mass flow meter design, which enables to maintain the counter operability during and after the operational maintenance and cleaning the inner surface of the housing from accumulated deposits by eliminating the removal of the housing cover with the measuring unit, optimizing and simplifying the process of cleaning the inner surface of the housing and the measuring unit from accumulated deposits due to exclusion of sedimentation of mechanical impurities, salts, asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits in the lower part of the inner surface of the housing, reduction of duration and labour intensity of the cleaning process, elimination of energy consumption for the cleaning process.
