FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry, to a method for reducing gas emission of enclosing rocks into mining production, reducing gas permeability of rocks and coal, reducing gas permeability of structures of ventilation structures. When mining in coal with areas of increased natural methane formation of the reservoir, there is an intensive release of methane gas from exposed coal and holes for the installation of anchors drilled in the coal. When carrying out mine workings on coal with increased natural methane abundance, the degassing of the coal massif is used in the vicinity of the development with the help of barrier or downhole degassing wells. Under the influence of deformation of the enclosing rocks, internal stresses arise in the construction of insulating bridges, leading to the destruction of the concrete material from which they are made, resulting in cracks in the concrete, through which the gases drain. To reduce gas emission from exposed coal and holes for the installation of anchors; application of a sealing coating on the side of the mine to reduce leakage in barrier drainage wells and, as a result, increasing the efficiency of degassing wells; reducing the permeability of gas through insulating bridges applied sealing coating of non-combustible glue based on liquid glass, which is applied on the surface with a layer of 1–3 mm in the form of droplets with an equivalent diameter of not more than 1,000 mcm, which quickly hardens, forming a non-combustible film on the surface that is tightly adhered to the surface.
EFFECT: technical result: decrease in the intensity of gas emission from exposed coal and bore-holes for the installation of anchors, a decrease in gas permeability through the sides of the mine in the degassing barrier wells.
