FIELD: soil or rock drilling; mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry, in particular to construction of ventilation plant in coal mines. According to the method, a first layer is used to build a frame from calibrated wooden blocks treated with fire-proof composition. In the second layer, basalt fire-proof insulation is fixed on the wooden frame in the incombustible category in flammable category. Third layer is applied on basalt fireproof insulation in foil coated foamed polyurethane from self-contained two-component sputtering system. Fourth layer on the frame is a basalt fire-proof insulation of the flammability category for flammability, at the same time glued together basalt fibre fire-proof insulation of the fourth layer and polyurethane applied by the third layer, foamed polyurethane from the self-contained two-component spraying system.
EFFECT: technical result consists in possibility of quick erection of light self-bearing ventilation structure in conditions of coal and shale mines.
