SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to regulating pipeline valves, which are designed to regulate the flow of flowing fluid, and can be used in the oil and gas industry. Method of profiling the equal-percentage throughput characteristic of the control valve includes obtaining a change in the total flow area formed by round, non-interconnected orifices of the same diameter in the wall of the separator when the plunger moves along its axis. Method is carried out using the control valve containing the control member installed in the housing with the possibility of moving the plunger along the longitudinal axis of the valve. Plunger interacts with the separator. In the walls of the separator along the longitudinal axis of the valve are located radial round openings of the same diameter, forming a total flow area. Perforation with openings of the separator is made unevenly with a decrease in the density of the openings as it approaches the outlet section of the separator and around the circumference of the separator in each section along its internal diameter. In this case, the edges of the orifices on the generator lines, which coincide with the beginning of the stroke of the plunger and correspond to the relative initial capacity of the valve, are located in one section.
EFFECT: technical result consists in creating the control valve, in which due to the organization of the mutual arrangement of identical round openings, a predetermined deviation of the actual passage area of the separator from the theoretical dependence is ensured and an equal percentage transmission characteristic is realized.
