METHOD OF SURGICAL TREATMENT OF EXTENDED NARROWING OF URETER Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A61B17/00 

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely urology. Ileotransplant is formed from two segments of the ileum of the same length, reconfigured by dissection along the anti-mesenteric edge, rotated by 90°, they are sewed together in the transverse direction. Then tubularization is carried out in the longitudinal direction and the intubator is removed along the urethra with the subsequent replacement of the extended narrowing of the ureter by the formed ileotransplant. Ureteroileo- and ileocystoanastomoses are performed. Suture defects of the mesentery. After selection of the ilea segment with a length of 9–12 cm, its central section is 3–4 cm long with a wedge-shaped excision of the mesentery to a depth of 3 cm. Ileotransplant is replaced from the remaining parts of the ilea segment after resection of its central part.

EFFECT: method allows to exclude obstruction of ileotransplantation, reduce the risk of divergence of its seams, insolvency of ureteral-intestinal anastomosis and loss of kidney function due to exclusion of corrugation and bending of the formed ileotransplant.
