FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly urology. A lumbotomy incision is performed. A cicatricial ureter is dissected away from a pelvis and resected. A lumbar wound is left open. A mesentery graft is formed from a laparotomy approach from a segment 20-25 cm long of a small intestine. The formed graft is placed in the isoperistaltic direction; its distal end is anastomosed together with a urinary bladder. The laparotomy wound is closed. A proximal end of the graft is anastomosed together with the pelvis from a lumbotomy wound. The lumbotomy wound is closed.
EFFECT: method enables creating a functionally safe pelvic-intestinal anastomosis available for the adequate drainage of upper urinary tract.
