FIELD: surgery; oncology and urology.

SUBSTANCE: operation is performed laparoscopically. The appendicular process is mobilized with the mesoappendix in the form of a triangular vascular flap. Then the appendicular process is cut off from the dome of the caecum. A patchwork transposition of the appendicular process on its mesentery in isoperistaltic position is performed into the formed window of the mesentery of the sigmoid colon to the left ureter. An ureteroappendicoanastomosis or appendicocystoanastomosis is formed according to the Demel method.

EFFECT: filling the ureter defect and avoiding graft necrosis by maintaining the blood supply of the latter, while ensuring proper passage of urine, maintaining the integrity of the gastrointestinal tract without developing corresponding complications, reduction of the risk of developing stricture and incompetence of the left ureter.
