METHOD FOR CONTROL OVER GAS DEPOSIT DEVELOPMENT Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC E21B47/10

Abstract RU 2681144 C1

FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the development of gas fields and can be used to control the flow of produced water into production wells. Method of monitoring the development of a gas field includes measuring the temperature and pressure parameters of the gas flow in production wells, determining the salinity of the field water, measurement of the amount of condensation and formation water in the production of production wells, as well as the salinity of their mixture. Determine the modes of operation of production wells with loss and evaporation of condensation water in the bottomhole zone, determine the mineralization of condensation water in the mode of deposition of condensation water in the bottomhole zone, produced together with gas in the initial period of field development before the appearance of produced water in the production of production wells. When a formation water appears, its amount is determined: – in the mode of deposition of condensation water in the bottomhole zone using the formula Qv.f=(M⋅Qv-Mbz⋅Qv.bz)/Mbz, – on the mode of evaporation of condensation water in the bottomhole zone by the formula Qv.f=M⋅Qv.c/(Mf-M), where Qv.f – the amount of produced formation water, m3; M – mineralization of produced water, g/dm3; Qv – the total amount of produced water, m3; Mbz – mineralization of condensation water extracted from the bottomhole zone, g/dm3; Qv.bz – the amount of condensation water produced from the bottomhole zone, m3; Mf – mineralization of formation water, g/dm3; Qv.c – the total amount of produced condensation water, m3.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the accuracy in controlling the development of a gas field, namely in controlling the inflow of formation water.
