FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for the construction industry, in particular to forms and formwork for the manufacture of retaining wall elements, namely lightweight concrete box-type blocks. Formwork for the production of concrete blocks with metal reinforcement for the construction of retaining walls, equipped with a removable overhead plate with a relief surface for the formation of a given relief on the front side of the block, with a fixed bottom mounted on the base of a rectangular shape and sides, made with the possibility of changing the position between the working closed position and the open, allowing to remove the finished block, and equipped with locking mechanisms to keep them in the working position. Base is a metal frame, the formwork contains placed in the center of a hollow-forming container of rectangular cross-section, consisting of two parts: front wall, rigidly attached to the frame, and back, U-shaped in cross section, made with a constructively given freedom of movement relative to the frame and provided with internal stiffeners and two movable struts. Form for pouring concrete serves as a cavity between the outer side of the mentioned container and the inner, formative, side of the formwork boards, the front side adjacent to the fixed wall of the emptying container is equipped with rollers to move along the frame, vertical pivot rods with locking grips at the bottom and top are mounted along edges thereof for fixing on the corresponding hook elements made on the outer side of the side boards, on its inner side there is a patch plate with a relief surface. Each side wall, made of two pivotally connected vertical doors and pivotally connected to a fixed tailgate, it is provided with a locking grip from above for fixing to the void-forming container, and three locking grips from the bottom for fixing to the bed, while the formwork outside is reinforced with stiffening ribs.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing an improvement in the quality of the blocks produced and ensuring their precise geometry by eliminating stresses and temporary deformations in the formwork and blocks by increasing the rigidity of the structure, reducing friction in friction units and reducing the force required when working with formwork, while improving the processability of formwork and its operating conditions.
