Dry mix for the gunned mortar preparation contains, wt. %: gypsum binder 53.0–70.0, lime dust 12.8–24, perlite 0.1–1.3, hydrated lime 1.0–1.5, modifying additive 16.0–20.0, fiber 0.1–0.2. At that, the modifying additive has a specific surface of 1,000–10,000 m²/kg, the average particle size is not more than 50 microns, hydraulic activity of not less than 1 mg/g and contains, wt. %: hydraulic binder 77.8–82.2, active mineral component (with high pozzolanic activity) 6.0–9.0, cellulose microfiber 0.6–1.0, cellulose ether (MHEC, MGPC, EHEC), 0.7–1.0, setting time regulator (citric or tartaric acid) 10.5–11.2. In excess of 100 are dispersant 0.1, stabilizer 0.01–0.2.
