FIELD: production of construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials, namely to preparation of dry construction mixtures, and can be used in preparation of solution for construction 3D printing. This technical solution can be used in production of small architectural forms, in construction of walls of buildings by method of 3D construction printing. Dry construction mixture for preparing concrete for 3D construction printing contains the following, wt.%: Portland cement “ЦЕМ 1” 42.5 — 28.0–38.0, alkali-resistant glass fibre or polypropylene fibre with length of 6–12 mm — 0.05–0.2, quartz sand with fineness modulus of 2.2–2.5 containing fractions of 0.1–0.5 mm and 0.5–2 mm — 51.35–58.8, modifying additive — 10.6–13.0, obtained from a mixture containing wt.%: Portland cement “ЦЕМ 1” 52.2 — 99.73–99.9, polycarboxylate plasticiser — 0.05–0.02, cellulose ether (MHEC methylhydroxyethylcellulose or MHPC methylhydroxypropylcellulose) with viscosity of 2 % solution of 40,000–60,000 mPa⋅s from Brookfield — 0.03–0.1, sodium formate (sodium salt of formic acid) 0.02–0.15, stabilizer — corn or potato starch — 0.01–0.2 over 100.
EFFECT: high thixotropy of the solution, high water retention, controlled hardening time is achieved due to mechanical activation.
