SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials. Dry plaster mixture for creating a sound-absorbing coating contains, wt%: cork grains 5.0–39.9; hydrated lime 25.0–18.0; diatomite burnt crumbs 5–0.8; cement binder 25.8–15.0; fly ash 13.0–10.0; urea (carbamide NH₂CO) 0.1–1 mm 5.0–7.0; diatomite 10–16.2; fibrous fiber 6–12 mm 0.1–1.0; modified ether of starch (corn or potato) 1.0–0.2; modified cellulose ether (methyl hydroxyethyl cellulose MHEC, methyl hydroxypropyl cellulose MGPC, ethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose EHEC) with viscosity of 2 % solution 50,000–70,000 MPa⋅s by Brookfield 1.0–0.2; dispersant 0.1 in excess of 100; plasticiser 0.1 is over 100.

EFFECT: creation of acoustic sound-absorbing coating of internal walls, ceilings and other elements of buildings, possibility to form vertical layer applied on base with thickness from 20 to 50 mm per one application and layer to 20 mm, applied on ceiling.
