System contains associated with the transaction authorization server the UPOS server, by the data transmission channel combined with the financial transactions performance device, containing the UPOS agent module, to which one or more POS terminals are connected, operating through the UPOS software, in which the UPOS agent module is made with possibility to provide data routing between the UPOS server, POS-terminals and transactions performance device; the POS terminal is configured to receive client requests for the transactions performance, the clients verification, the client requests transaction data encryption; UPOS server is made with possibility to monitor and control the POS terminals parameters, control the POS terminal operation, transaction processing scripts generation and data exchange with the transactions authorization server; the POS terminal software parameters updating.

EFFECT: technical result consists in the POS terminal centralized control automation.
