SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engineering, in particular to the automotive industry, and is designed to protect the hood of cars from external shocks. Device for mounting deflector on car hood comprises a bracket, the body of which is made from plastic in form of closed contour of horizontal orientation, lower part of which is laid on car hood, repeats hood contour in the place of their contact. In a closed loop, a socket is made to fix the deflector on the hood of the car, and the second slot for fixing the bracket on the hood of the car is made from the side of the lever and provided with tightening element that creates a force on the lever, deflector on car hood is mounted with the sleeve. Sleeve contains a through hole for inserting tightening element into it, and L-shaped profile is used as a lever, which is connected to the body by means of tightening element.

EFFECT: with reliability of the device and reliability of the mounting of the deflector to car hood, reducing labor intensity during installation and dismantling of device, the following is additionally provided: simplified design, reduced size and weight, no significant aerodynamic load, does not require additional processing in production.
