SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fat and oil industry. Ostrich's raw fat processing line includes a machine for the primary grinding of raw fat, screw cooker for heat treatment and disinfection of the fat mass through heat transfer through the wall of the shirt, fat separators, at the same time, the screw cooker in communication with the machine for primary grinding of raw fat is a twin-screw mixer, the internal working zone of which through the pipeline communicates with an additionally installed container for electro-activated liquid, communicated with a device for producing electro-activated liquid, and its output is connected to an additionally installed disintegrator, communicated with a pulp separation device, which communicates with the squash processing line, including a conveyor installed in series and communicated with each other through a pipeline with a receiving hopper for squash, a three-stage vacuum installation, conveyor with a receiving hopper for collecting dry fat residues, a disk crusher and filling machine, and a processing line for the water-fat fraction, including sequentially installed and communicating with each other through the pipeline, the first tank for collecting the water-fat fraction, first separator for the separation of the water-fat fraction, the first output of which is communicated with the tank for collecting the water-protein glue, the evaporator and the vacuum spray dryer, sequentially installed and communicating with each other, and the second outlet is in communication with the second tank for collecting the water-fat fraction, which is connected to the second separator for separating the water-fat fraction, the first outlet of which is connected to the tank for collecting fat, and the second outlet – with the third tank for collecting the fat-and-water fraction, which communicates with the machine for the primary grinding of raw fat, which is a rotary horizontal shredder.
EFFECT: invention allows to intensify the process of fat recovery from raw materials and to increase the degree of separation of the water-fat fraction.
