SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to the production of feed from animal waste. The line consists of a sorting table 1 with a magnetic catcher 2 located in a technological sequence, tanks 4 and 5 for washing solid and soft animal waste, storage tanks 6 and 7, made in the form of a box 8 with a grid chamber 9, a tank 10 for electroactivated liquid, industrial crusher, industrial meat grinder, process reactor 17 with heating element 18 and pipes for supplying water 19 and reagents 20, dialyzer 21, vacuum homogenizer mixer 22, container 23 for the resulting product - keratin feed additive, dryer 24 and system 26 for cleaning the working solution and return to the process reactor 17. Inside the process reactor 17 on the vertical axis 26, a wing-shaped stirrer 27 and a stirrer are coaxially installed 28 anchor form. In the lower part of the reactor, an opening 30 is made for withdrawing the keratin feed additive and draining the working solution. The system 26 for cleaning the working solution and returning to the process reactor 17 is connected to the opening 30 for withdrawing the keratin feed additive and draining the working solution and with the pipe 19 for supplying water to the process reactor.
