FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: the group of inventions relates to the food industry. The method for processing hemp seed kernels consists in the fact that mixed with water caved seeds of hemp seeds are crushed by pumping a mixture of nuclei and water over a closed contour until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. The resulting batch is then sent to a heat exchange apparatus for heating to temperatures of 80-90°C. The thermally treated batch under pressure is passed through series-interconnected withers with kneading therein for 30 minutes, then the batch is sent to a decanter centrifuge for its separation into a liquid fraction which is milk, and a solid with a moisture content of up to 70%, which is a cake. The cake is sent to a drying unit to produce a fatty flour with a moisture content of not more than 10%. The flour is fed to the CO2 extractor for its separation into oil and defatted protein flour.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of processing hemp seed kernels.
