On-board device includes a recognition module, configured to recognize the user of a vehicle. Receiving module, which is designed with a possibility to receive the current location and destination of the vehicle. Transmission module, configured to transmit the first signal indicating the user of the vehicle, the current location and destination, to an external device outside the vehicle. Receiving module, configured to receive a second signal, indicating the route from the current location to the destination, from the external device. Route searching is performed using the first mood map and the second mood map in the external device. Provision module, which is designed with possibility to provide the route indicated by the second signal.

EFFECT: provision of a route based on user preferences is provided.
