FIELD: disintegrators and crushing devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the various materials crushing devices and may be used in production of construction materials and other industries. Grinder contains cylindrical housing 1 with discharge 3 pipe, oppositely rotating 4 and 5 discs with percussion elements 6, which on discs 4 and 5 are directed in opposite directions. Shredder has two loading horizontal nozzles 2. Disks 4 and 5 are located vertically. Percussion elements 6 are rigidly fixed on disks 4 and 5 from the center to the periphery along the spirals of Archimedes. Percussion elements 6 of one disk are located between percussion elements 6 of another disk. On the working surfaces of disks 4 and 5 between the rows of percussion elements 6 concentric rings 7 are rigidly fixed, and between percussion elements 6 of one row – concentric sectors 8, the thickness of which uniformly increases from the center to periphery of disks 4 and 5. Concentric rings 7 of one disk correspond to concentric sectors 8 of another disk. Maximum gap between concentric rings 7 and the concentric sectors 8 of opposite disks is (2…5)Dmax, and the minimum clearance is (2…5)dmax, where Dmax – maximum particle size of the source material, dmax – the maximum particle size of the finished product. Height of percussion elements 6 of disks 4 and 5 is uniformly reduced from the center to the periphery, taking into account the technological gap equal to the distance between the outer edges of percussion elements 6 and the outer surface of concentric rings 7 of the opposite disk.

EFFECT: grinder provides increase in efficiency of process of crushing.
