The centrifugal disc grinder contains a cylindrical body 1 with loading 2 and unloading 3 branch pipes, oppositely rotating upper 4 and lower 5 discs. On the upper surface of the lower horizontal disk 5, radial vertical ribs 7 are rigidly fixed perpendicular to each other, the upper ends of which are made in the form of teeth 8, between which concentric vertical rings 9 with radial rectangular holes 10 are rigidly fixed, with the same radial pitch exceeding Dmax, where Dmax is the maximum particle size of the crushed material. The vertical gap between the lower surface of the upper conical disk 4 and the upper surface of the lower horizontal disk 5 uniformly decreases from the center to the periphery from (1.2...1.5)Dmax to (0.1...0.5)Dmax. The working surface of each radial vertical rib 7 is in the same plane with the rear side wall 11 of the corresponding radial rectangular hole 10 in the direction of rotation of the lower horizontal disk 5. On the lower surface of the upper conical disk 4, concentric rows of radial vertical ribs 12 are rigidly fixed, the lower ends of which are made in the form of teeth 13. The tops of the teeth of the radial vertical ribs of one disk are located in the cavities of the teeth of the radial vertical ribs of the other disk, providing a process gap between them, as well as between the radial vertical ribs 12 of the upper conical disk 4 and the concentric vertical rings 9 of the lower horizontal disk 5, the width of the radial rectangular holes is 10 and the height of the radial vertical ribs 7 of the lower horizontal disk 5 uniformly decreases from the center to the periphery from Dmax in proportion to the decrease in the vertical gap between the surfaces of the two disks 4 and 5, and the number of radial rectangular holes 10 accordingly increases on each subsequent concentric vertical ring 9, which has a vertical process gap of up to lower surface of the upper conical disk 4.
