FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for grinding various materials and can be used in production of construction materials, as well as in other industries. Grinder comprises cylindrical housing 1 with loading 2 and unloading 3 branch pipes, oppositely rotating upper conical 4 and lower horizontal 5 discs. Spreader 7 and adjoining radial ribs 8 are rigidly fixed in the centre on the upper surface of the lower horizontal disc. Vertical gap between the lower surface of upper conical disc 4 and the upper surface of lower horizontal disc 5 uniformly decreases from their centre to periphery from (1.5...2)Dmax to (0.5...1.0)Dmax, where Dmax is the maximum particle size of the crushed material. Vertical concentric rings 9 are rigidly fixed to lower surface of upper conical disc 4 with radial pitch exceeding Dmax. Radial ribs 8 of lower horizontal disc 5 are made in the form of radial steps 10, each of which has outer vertical edge 11 located on the same radius with the outer surface of corresponding vertical concentric ring 9. Height of radial steps 10 and vertical concentric rings 9 decreases from centre to periphery from (0.5...1.0)Dmax to (0.1...0.2)Dmax with provision of process gap from upper end 12 of radial step 10 to lower end 13 of vertical concentric ring 9. To the inner surfaces of the vertical concentric rings 9 along the circumference with a pitch exceeding Dmax, radial rectangular hammers 14 are rigidly attached, which lower ends 15 are located in one plane with lower end 13 of adjacent vertical concentric ring 9. Profile of each of radial rectangular hammers 14 with process gap enters vertical cutouts 16 in radial rectangular baffles 17 rigidly fixed on upper ends 18 of radial ribs 8 of lower horizontal disc 5. Height and width of vertical cutouts 16 and radial rectangular hammers 14 decrease from centre of discs 4 and 5 to periphery in proportion to decrease of height of each next radial step 10 of radial ribs 8 of lower horizontal disc 5. If necessary, there is a possibility of raising the upper conical disc 4 due to spring support 19.
EFFECT: grinder ensures increased efficiency of the work process.
