FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes two variants of the device for stretching and lengthening the spine, it relates to medical equipment and is intended for the treatment of the spine. Device contains a rectangular frame, along the longitudinal axis of symmetry of which the panel for the head, the spring base and the panel for the legs of the legs are successively placed. Springy base includes two rigid sidewalls located above the corresponding each of them with a longitudinal frame member and attached to it, and also fixed with the possibility of removal on the sides of the same modules, the number of which is equal to the number of rigid supporting elements in the spring base. Modules are located perpendicular to the sides of the spring base, successively along the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the frame and on both sides relative to the lumbar support located perpendicular to the sidewalls and fixed to them. Each module contains a housing comprising a top wall, a front wall, bottom wall having the shape of a hollow circular cylinder with a horizontal axis, truncated from the side with two cutting planes located along the radius and at an angle relative to each other, which is larger than the range of variation during the procedures for the angle of inclination of the upper elements of the holders mentioned below, as well as two opposite identical vertical side walls. Each module contains two identical holders, each of which is made in the form of an angular lever, including upper and lower elements, as well as a limiting stop. Holders are placed in a rectangular cutout corresponding to each of them, made from the rear edge of the upper wall of the case, and mounted for free rotation on a side axis, each end of which is placed in a through hole made in the corresponding side wall of the case, wherein the through holes are located coaxially with the axis of the outer and inner cylindrical surfaces of the bottom wall of the housing. Ends of the upper elements of the holders are interconnected by means of a horizontal rigid support element, and on the lower elements of the holders placed in the housing cavity there is fixed a blade in the form of a flat plate located radially relative to the plane in which the axis of the outer and inner cylindrical surfaces of the lower wall of the housing lies. In the cavity of the housing with ensuring in the initial position of contact with the inner surfaces of the upper, front, lower walls of the housing and the blade, an elastic closed chamber of elongated shape filled with a gas under pressure is placed. Each module is made with two horizontal side shelves located on the side of the spring base corresponding to each of them and detachably connected to them. Modules are mounted on the sidewalls with the torsion of the corresponding rigid support element corresponding to each of them away from the lumbar support.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the maintainability of the device.
