Method is carried out using a hardware-software complex, a server and at least one welding machine, the method includes the input to the server information about the manufactured products, the composition of products, assembly units, welding operations, technological maps of operations, control cards products, information on blanks and consumables, information on welding parameters in accordance with the technological map and data on the distribution of tasks between the performers, the application of bar codes on the blanks and consumables, the registration of the contractor in the hardware-software complex under account thereof, the choice of the task by the contractor and execution thereof. By means of the server, the results of the quality check of the operation are recorded, and a product passport is formed using a hardware-software complex.

EFFECT: use of the invention allows to improve the quality of technological operations, to carry out remote monitoring and control in real time, as well as complete documentation of the manufacturing process of the product.
