FIELD: electric arc welding.
SUBSTANCE: used for remote monitoring of welding processes and their control in real time. The method includes the implementation of a welding process with a given mode, in which the welding parameters are recorded using the appropriate sensors, while the hardware-software complex (HSC) monitors the mentioned parameters by comparing their values received from the sensors with their test values and produces an integral assessment of the quality of the resulting welded joint. At the same time, the selection of welding cycles is performed by means of HSC, and during the control, the average values of the current welding parameters are compared with their test values in each selected welding cycle and in real time, and when a deviation of one of the welding parameters from its test value in the cycle is detected, then the welding process stop and continue welding after appropriate correction of the disturbed welding parameter. A corresponding device for electric arc welding is also presented, in which the HSC is equipped with a neural network having a training unit, a unit for recognizing events during the welding process, and a unit for extracting welding cycles.
EFFECT: improving the quality of welding and increasing the productivity of welding production.
