SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of delivering rescue equipment to the place of salvation at sea. Delivery of a rescue vehicle to rescue people in distress at sea includes the delivery of an inflatable rescue raft (IRR) to the rescue area by an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). When approaching the rescue site, the television image is transmitted to the control point, the UAV maneuver is calculated, the IRR is dropped into the calculated point, the UAV is taken to a safe distance, the IRR is filled with compressed gas and the IRR is indicated by sound and light signals. Calculated point is located at a distance of 200–300 m from the place of salvation. Self-propelled floating device and the folded balloon are additionally placed on the UAV. After the discharge, the IRR is delivered to the place of rescue by a self-propelled floating device, and the balloon is filled with gas and lifted to a height adjustable by the length of the cable attached to the balloon from one side and to the floating anchor on the other. Balloon is equipped with a radio repeater and a video device with a video camera and its control device. With the help of a radio repeater, they carry out remote control of a self-propelled floating device and a video camera, with the help of which an image of a rescue site is obtained. Self-propelled floating device is equipped with a loudspeaker, which transmits information to people in distress for their rescue and support.

EFFECT: speed of delivery and availability of rescue equipment for people in distress is achieved.
