SUBSTANCE: invention relates to marine rescue appliances. Proposed device is made up of a rocket with fin, parachute, head part accommodating head part separation mechanism with retarder, remote mechanism to release head part parachute at preset location, parachute to decelerate head part before splashdown, rescue pneumatic float, gas generator to inflate the float by compressed air and splashdown pickup to generate gas generator cut in signal.
EFFECT: optimised delivery, particularly pressing solution in low-temperature region.
