Aircraft on the ferromagnetic surfaces fixing and holding device contains spatial frame (1), a tape mounted on it, as well as the device to the aircraft landing gear fixing unit (4). Tape consists of pivotally connected links. Links consist of permanent magnets (2) and made in the form of rods (3) reinforcing elements.

EFFECT: invention increases the aircraft landing on the ferromagnetic surfaces reliability and safety under severe weather conditions.
