SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft technology, namely, vertical takeoff and landing aircrafts. Proposed is a vertical take-off and landing aircraft that contains a fuselage, equipped with an aircraft stabilization system, including an internal combustion engine, associated with a device that performs the function of adhesion, and a device performing the function of a differential, distributing the torque between the propellers through the axle shafts, as well as electric motors, installed on the semi-axes. When the internal combustion engine operates simultaneously with the start of propellers performing the take off of the aircraft, the electric motors are switched on, which by means of creation of additional capacity and its redistribution according to the position set by the ACS, which controls the horizontal deviations of the aircraft from the target and, if necessary, redistributes power between the electric motors, and stabilize the position of the aircraft in the horizontal plane.

EFFECT: provides increased reliability, speed of response to the change in the position of the aircraft, simplification of control.
