SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technique for creating laminar submerged jets, providing in the working area a fluid medium with desired properties in terms of purity and composition, and can be used in medicine, biology, precise mechanics, radio electronics, and other fields. Device can also be used in fundamental studies of the development of turbulence in jets of circular cross-section. Device for forming laminar jets of fluid includes an inlet channel, a cylindrical means of reducing the turbulence of the fluid flow and an outlet channel interconnected by a fluid flow, wherein the outlet channel is a diffuser, the diameter of the outlet section of which is greater than its length at least twice, and at the exit of the diffuser installed at least one mesh partition.

EFFECT: invention, due to its design, reduces turbulent pulsations in the flow to create laminar submerged jets of fluid, maximum length of the laminar sections of which can reach from 5,5 to 7 jet diameters, and the invention is characterized by compactness and ease of implementation.
