FIELD: mixing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for mixing multiphase media and can be used in the food and chemical industry. The static mixer is configured to be built into a pipeline and includes a cylindrical body, installed coaxially inside whereof is a cylindrical sleeve. Blades in the form of curvilinear plates are rigidly fixed between the cylindrical surfaces of the sleeve and the body. The input edges of the blades are therein made rectilinear and oriented radially to the axis of the sleeve, and the output edges are made in the form of a zigzag.
EFFECT: ensured crushing of bubbles of a gas liquid mixture to a size of 1 to 1.2 mm when using the mixer with a reduction in the pressure of the gas liquid flow by no more than 2 to 2.5 kPa.
