FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for implementing physical methods of dispersion and can be used to produce emulsions and suspensions with various characteristics. Laboratory unit for dispersing fluid emulsions and suspensions contains a reactor in the form of a cylindrical body with a conical base, equipped with an electromechanical valve and a drainage outlet with a ball valve. Drain branch is connected by a pipeline with a vortex heat generator. Drive shaft of the heat generator is connected by a coupling with the rotor shaft of the induction motor. Outlet of the heat generator is connected via a pipeline with a tee at the inlet of the coil installed in the heat exchanger. Output of the coil is connected to the inlet of the reactor. Resistive temperature sensor and a circulation pump are installed in the reactor vessel. Outlet pipe of the pump with a flexible hose connected to the tee. Output of the resistive temperature sensor is connected to the measuring input of the control unit. First power output of the control unit is connected to an asynchronous electric motor, and the second to the circulation pump.

EFFECT: high-quality emulsions and suspensions based on organic, organic-mineral, mineral and other synthetic substances are obtained.
