FIELD: organic synthesis.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for the synthesis of perlactic acid. The laboratory installation for testing the modes of synthesis of perlactic acid contains a reactor made in the form of a cylindrical body with a conical base and a drain outlet with a ball valve, equipped with a heating-cooling jacket and closed with a lid with a sealing ring, and a system for maintaining the optimal temperature of the reaction of synthesis of perlactic acid is connected to the heating-cooling jacket, including an outlet pipe connected to the heating-cooling jacket, equipped with the first temperature sensor, connected to the pipeline of the system, equipped with a circulation pump, a liquid flow sensor and a radiator, with a fan installed on it; the pipeline outlet is connected to an inlet pipe connected to a heating-cooling jacket, equipped with a flow heater and a second temperature sensor; an electromechanical agitator is installed in the reactor vessel cover through a mechanical seal, including a gear motor, on the output shaft of which a rod is fixed, with an anchor fixed on it; additionally, a third temperature sensor installed in a glass tube preventing its contact with the reaction mixture and a selective sensor for perlactic acid fixed in a fluoroplastic tube are introduced into the lid; the control unit of the laboratory unit is installed in a housing mounted on the outer surface of the reactor vessel and is based on a microcontroller, while the outputs of the temperature sensors and the liquid flow sensor are connected to the measuring inputs of the control unit, and the power outputs of the latter are connected to a circulation pump, a flow heater and a gear motor of an electromechanical agitator.
EFFECT: ensuring the possibility of working out technological processes for obtaining perlactic acid.
