SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of raw materials for flock decorative coating. Technical result is achieved by a line, which comprises a belt conveyor with a drive roller, at the beginning of which there is a container with a raw material in the form of a paint material, in the lower part of which there is a branch pipe with a ball metering valve with the possibility of uniform supply of raw materials from the container through the branch pipe and application of a paint coating onto the conveyor belt. After the container above the conveyor belt, a spring-loaded roller is installed to limit the thickness of the paint coating, and a drying chamber is installed in the middle of the belt conveyor, spring-loaded scrapers are arranged at its outlet to separate paint coating from belt surface and discharge coating fragments into mill hopper loading opening located at belt conveyor end below belt conveyor rollers. On the lower flange of the hopper there is a receiving window of the grinding chamber with a grinder placed inside it, wherein the lower end of the grinding chamber, made in the form of a perforated discharge grate, is connected to the receiving opening of the vibrating sieve, comprising sections with decks, the meshes of which have a different size of cells for sieving particles of different fractions, wherein every section is provided with pipes for discharging sieved product into storage tanks.
