SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the monitoring of the superstructure. System contains temperature sensors and displacement sensors, fiber-optic strain gauges, which are mounted on the rail neck and fixed with glue on the measuring points of the neutral axis of the rail neck, while parallel to the fiber-optic strain gauge, the rail lash temperature sensor is installed and attached to the rail by means of a heat-conducting silica gel, temperature sensors of the rail plate, base plate and bridge are installed in openings made in these structural elements. Moreover, the holes for installation of temperature sensors of the rail plate are made on the upper and end sides of the rail, the displacement sensors of the rail relative to the rail plate, the relative displacement of the rail plate and the base and the longitudinal relative displacement of the bridge ends are installed at the measuring points of these structural elements, at the same time, temperature sensors, displacement sensors and fiber optic strain gauges are based on Bragg fiber gratings, and their outputs through demodulators are connected to the data collection server, which is connected to the data processing server.
EFFECT: increased reliability of monitoring the technical condition of the route is achieved.
