SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, in particular, to production of oral or rectal preparations for adaptogene therapy. Method of preparing a pharmaceutical preparation is characterized by that a sorbent is saturated with an active component, wherein prior to saturation with the active component, the sorbent is regenerated by evacuation, and after saturation with the active component, the sorbent is contacted with the pharmaceutically acceptable curable liquid at high pressure, after which the liquid is solidified, wherein the active ingredient is a gaseous, vaporous or liquid substance, and the pharmaceutically acceptable curable liquid at least a two-component mixture is used. Also a pharmaceutical preparation obtained using said method is disclosed.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides more effective use of active ingredients, particularly delivery of an active substance in the full amount to the duodenum and small intestine.
