SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, dentistry, to the treatment of inflammatory periodontal diseases with occlusive dentition disorders. Complex procedures are performed, laser irradiation is carried out by moving the working tip of the laser radiation in the periodontal pockets. Epithelial side of the pocket is treated upward from the bottom of the pocket. Drug of hyaluronic acid with preliminary electroneurostimulation of the chewing and temporal muscles in the mode of two-phase pulsation is applied, with variable symmetry and zero electrode, direct current, bipolar asymmetric pulse shape, current amplitude 0.7–80 mA and pulse duration 300-900 mcs for 20–30 minutes. Grinding surface of teeth with identified supra-contacts is performed. Diode laser irradiation with a wavelength of 810 nm, a power of 0.8 W, is carried out in a continuous wave mode for 30 s for each periodontal pocket. Dental Hyalripier^®-02 injection of hyaluronic acid is injected in an amount of 0.04–0.06 ml for each identified area of occlusion. Injections are made in the transitional fold in the projection of the tooth root with supra-contact. Course of treatment is 3 treatments with an interval of 7 days.

EFFECT: method increases the efficiency of treatment of inflammatory periodontal diseases in case of occlusal disorders of the dentition due to the optimal combination of treatment components taking into account all the orthodontic-morphological features of the dentition in this category of patients.
