FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the medicine, namely to the surgery and oncology, and can be used for the inoperable non-small cells lung cancer treatment. For this, performing the diagnostic video thoracoscopy from the affected lung side, the mediastinal pleura fenestration at the anterior mediastinum middle floor level. Next, using the endoscopic instrument, performing the mediastinal pleura peeling out of the underlying pacefollower, starting from the formed fenestra towards the mediastinum upper floor throughout the entire visual controlled area. Formed in the mediastinal pleura fenestra is not sutured. After that, through the formed window, a perforated silicone catheter is installed in the mediastinum, which working part is placed throughout the entire selected pleura, and its distal part is brought to the anterior chest wall surface in the fifth intercostal space along the parasternal line and fixed to the skin. Starting from the 2nd day after the operation, through the installed catheter at the first stage an endolymphatic guide is introduced by drop infusion, which is a glucose-Novocaine mixture in proportions of 100 ml of 5 % glucose and 100 ml of 0.25 % of Novocaine. As the second stage, with an interval of 15 minutes, a solution of cisplatin at a dosage of 50 mg/m2 is injected through a catheter. Lymphotropic chemotherapy course is carried out daily for 3 days.

EFFECT: method enables increase in the lung cancer treatment effectiveness through the use of lymphotropic chemotherapy, ensuring the chemotherapy drug selective delivery to the metastatic lymphatic region and, as a consequence, a decrease in the lymphogenous metastasis frequency.
