SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electrical equipment. This technical result is achieved due to the fact that in the prototype having a charger, a storage capacitor, a transistor high-voltage switch, a resistive load and a voltage regulator with appropriate connections, thyristors of voltage regulator links are replaced with transistors. In addition, an additional transistor and a diode are included in the voltage regulator. In scheme of prototype additionally introduced shunt and control system. As a result, the technical result is achieved by changing the duration of the intervals between the moments of connecting additional storage capacitors in series with the load, depending on the load current, due to the formation of current feedback.

EFFECT: improvement of electrical characteristics of the generator, namely the realization of the possibility of the formation of highly stable rectangular pulses with a flat top at different currents and load resistances.
