SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in fresh air intake devices housed in motor vehicles for feeding air to internal combustion engines. Device contains inlet tank (1), having part (1a) in the form of a channel, and air intake (11). Air intake (11) contains inlet (16) for intake of fresh air. Inlet (16) is located on upper side (11b) of the intake (11) and is directed upwards when the device is installed in the vehicle. Tank (1) contains cover (5) located between air intake (11) and inlet tank (1). Air inlet (11) has the form of an open up box with inner crankcase (13), containing two side air holes. Inner crankcase (13) has ribs (15) on its outer surface. Vehicle with a fresh air intake device is disclosed.

EFFECT: technical result consists in the intake of fresh air from a zone of colder air in a motor vehicle.
