FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: engine has air cleaner 1 and system of branch pipes 2,3,4 coupled to the air cleaner. A filtering member is mounted inside the air cleaner. The inlet section of air intake 4 is interposed between cooling radiator 6 and radiator grill 7. Device 8 serves for preventing contamination particles to enter section 5 and is constructed as a part of air duct inlet port 10 of which is in communication with the intake space of a vehicle. Outlet port 11 underlies air intake 4 and mounted inside the space defined by cooling radiator 6 and radiator grill 7. Projections of air intake 5 and device 8 on the horizontal plane at least partially overlapped. Air duct 8 can be made in block with radiator grid. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 cl, 2 dwg
