SUBSTANCE: calibration bench circuit includes a closed loop of liquid creation and circulation -simulator of borehole liquid, which includes a liquid tank - simulator of borehole liquid, which is installed on weighs, and a centrifugal pump interconnected with the latter at its outlet and inlet through a pipeline and a suction header connected in its turn to corresponding storage tanks of liquid components - simulator of borehole liquid through hydraulic lines, in each of which there installed in the flow direction is an adjustable throttle, a flow metre and a check valve, a calibration circuit including a hydraulic pump connected at its inlet through the valve to the liquid tank - simulator of borehole liquid and at its outlet to the inlet of the calibrated flow metre, the outlet of which is interconnected via a hydraulic line with an additional adjustable throttle installed in it, a sedimentation tank arranged on additional weighs, and a liquid separation circuit - simulator of borehole liquid, which includes a multiphase separator connected at its inlet through a valve to the sedimentation tank, and at its outlets through check valves to the corresponding storage tanks of liquid components - simulator of borehole liquid.

EFFECT: saving of resources, protection of environment, providing the possibility of obtaining reliable results on fluids having different composition of components, which includes at least four components, such as oil, water, gas and suspended particles.
