FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: used in the delivery, acceptance and pipeline transportation of oil and petroleum products, namely the equipment for calibration and initial verification of in-line instruments for measuring the density of oil and petroleum products. The bench for calibration and initial verification of in-line density converters of oil and petroleum products contains an automated operator's workstation for processing and recording measurements and two measuring circuits. Each measuring circuit consists of a temperature control system connected to each other through pipelines with a temperature control system pipeline, a gear pump connected by a thermally insulated pipeline to a flow and pressure regulator, which is connected by the aforementioned thermally insulated pipeline to a pressure regulator, three containers intended for flushing fluid, for working fluid and drainage, filter, reversible pump, thermally insulated cabinet with air conditioning system. The thermally insulated cabinet contains a filter, temperature transducers and pressure transducers connected to each other by a thermally insulated pipeline with ball valves and electrically driven valves, each of which is made with local indication in a thermal case, a pycnometer block containing two pycnometers and limited by a pycnometer thermal block, and two in-line density transducers, in-line density converters, rotameter and heat exchangers located in thermal blocks. One measuring circuit is designed to carry out calibration and verification at a positive temperature of the working fluid, and the other measuring circuit at a negative temperature.

EFFECT: confirmation of the reliability of the metrological characteristics of in-line density converters in the working fluid temperature range from minus 15°C to+ 50°C.
