FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacture of turbomachine rotors using electron-beam welding. Method includes the manufacture of a rotor shaft with a docking interface and a locking element for connecting annular parts of the rotor with flat end docking interfaces and locking elements for connecting them, placing said shaft and parts coaxially to each other, assembling with matching said docking interfaces and joining by electron-beam welding on said interfaces, cleaning the welds with the removal of the locking elements and final heat treatment of the assembled rotor. Wherein an axial retainer consisting of a rod with clamping discs and centering elements in the form of interchangeable centering sleeves is used for assembling and connecting said shaft and parts.
EFFECT: use of the invention provides the simplified technological process of manufacturing, the high quality and accuracy of the manufacture, which increases the reliability and service life of the turbomachine as a whole.
