FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to electron-beam welding, namely to manufacturing method of bling of gas turbine engine with electron-beam welding. Manufacturing method of bling of gas turbine engine with electron-beam welding from workpieces in the form of blades with shanks and with rim elements with base elements and with interface planes which, during assembly, cross on common axis, includes assembly of workpieces of bling on assembly and welding device. During assembly the workpieces are arranged on installation rings, thus adjusting them on base elements at fixture points. In slots of hold-down crowns there arranged are inlet and outlet process inserts which are tacked to workpieces. Workpieces are elastically pressed to each other. Installation rings are led out from under workpieces, thus leaving the assembled bling on elastic fixtures. Axis of electronic beam is adjusted on viewing elements and interface planes. Workpieces are tacked to each other and welded on interface planes at their elastically being pressed.

EFFECT: invention allows decreasing the deformation of bling and internal stresses in the rim, improving assembly accuracy and quality of the product.
