FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of the gas turbine engines (GTE) rotors manufacturing. Method comprises the rotor stages annular blanks with the end joining surfaces preliminary manufacturing, the annular blanks coaxial placement relative to each other. On the annular blanks the end joining surfaces are made in the form of end protrusions with locks, by means of which the said blanks are connected to each other before welding. Welding is carried out, for example, using the electron beam welding. After the annular blanks welding, the locks are removed and on the annular blanks projections the blades are made by the high-speed milling.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows to exclude the rotor blades warping possibility during welding and heat treatment, to ensure the rotor manufacturing high quality and accuracy, which increases the GTE operation reliability and service life.
