Radio-photon phase direction finder comprises two receiving antennae, two electrooptic modulators, a laser, an optical channel, an electrical channel, an optical signal splitter, an optical signal adder, a fibre Bragg grating, a photodetector, a logarithmic amplifying detector and a bearing computer.

EFFECT: high accuracy of determining phase between receiving antennae and high accuracy of determining direction to a radiation source.
