FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a lighting device for a case in a vehicle in which photoluminescent structures are used. In the method, the result is achieved in that the storage device comprises a case rotatably connected to the console and configured to assume a certain orientation when it is opened and closed. Said storage device further includes a light source adapted to emit the first radiation, located in the console. Further, the photoluminescent area is located near the case in such a way that the first radiation is directed to the photoluminescent area when the case is oriented in the open position to illuminate the photoluminescent area.
EFFECT: providing an illuminated storage place in the vehicle.
