FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of welded metal structures from steels of various grades and can be used in the construction of ships, as well as in other industries. Present invention is to develop a method of manufacturing small-sized finned sheet parts, which is a sheet part with welded to it the details of a set of rolled metal or stripes, using vibration straightening deformations resulting from welding. This technical result is achieved in the proposed method of manufacturing small-sized finned sheet parts, in which several small-sized finned sheet parts are placed on the whole sheet (panel) of the selected appropriate size, in this case, the welding of the set and the subsequent low-frequency vibration treatment are performed for several finned sheet parts simultaneously before cutting the sheet.
EFFECT: technical result achieved with the implementation of the invention is to effectively reduce the natural frequency of small-sized finned sheet parts, which is necessary for straightening the resulting welding deformations.
