FIELD: metal forming.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming for removal of residual welding stresses after their manufacture by vibration treatment. First, resonant frequencies are determined experimentally or by calculation method, at which deformation of twisting and lateral displacements of the platform are eliminated, and points of arising bends of the platform are fixed. At that, vibration processing is carried out successively at certain resonant frequencies. Note here that said supports are arranged at platform bending points while vibration exciter is arranged at platform maximum stress points.
EFFECT: eliminates twisting or displacement of platform.
