FIELD: microwave technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technique of ultra-high frequencies (UHF) and can be applied as part of airborne radar systems with frequency scanning. Method of obtaining the radiation pattern of the UHF antenna array with frequency scanning, for which signals are generated with a linear frequency modulation, from which a longitudinal change in the phase excitation rate is formed by passing a variable thickness through a waveguide filled with a dielectric, excited electromagnetic waves are emitted, in this case, a co-directed orientation of the maxima of partial radiation patterns arises.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the sector of scanning the antenna with high speed, in optimizing the design, reducing the Physical Data.
